One of the most common questions we receive at The Vintage Dish is:
“Do you have a showroom where I can look through everything and pick out all the patterns myself?”
It’s a fair question — especially if you’ve never worked with a curated vintage china rental before.
The short answer is: No, we do not operate a traditional showroom, and clients do not browse through inventory to select individual pieces.
And that’s very intentional.
The Vintage Dish Is a Curated Experience
Unlike rental companies that carry a small number of matched dish patterns, our collection is built around something very different.
Our inventory includes:

320+ teacups and saucers

Thousands of serving pieces, 3-tiered servers, and flatware
Many pieces date back decades, and some go as far back as the late 1800s.
Because of the scale and variety of the collection, it isn’t set up like a retail showroom where clients can browse shelves of organized patterns. The pieces are carefully stored and protected to preserve them for events across Central Florida, South Florida, and Savannah.
Instead of a “pick and play” rental model, The Vintage Dish operates as a design-driven, curated service.
Why We Don’t Offer Inventory Browsing
When people imagine browsing vintage china, they often picture neatly stacked displays like a boutique shop.
The reality of a working inventory of thousands of delicate heirloom pieces is very different. Most of our china is carefully packed and organized for transportation and event preparation—not displayed on open shelves.
Even more importantly, our clients typically hire us because they want a beautifully cohesive look without the overwhelm of choosing hundreds of individual pieces.
